If you transfer from the subway directly to the bus/the streetcar or vice versa,you can use a transfer ticket at a discount rate.For example, when you transfer from the subway (200yen) directly to the bus (210yen),you'll pay 330yen with a transfer ticket, instead of paying 410yen. (How much you'll pay depends on how far you ride on the transportation.)
The transfer tickets are available at ticket machines at the subway stations, when you transfer from the subway to the bus/the streetcar.
When you transfer from the bus/the streetcar to the subway, please ask the driver to get a transfer ticket.
You'll pay for a transfer ticket in advance on this situation, you'll pay as below;
From the street car to the subway →290 Yen Adults and 150 Yen for children
From the bus to the subway（1 section ）→ 330 Yen Adults and 170 Yen for children
From the bus to the subway（2 sections ）→ 360 Yen Adults and 180 Yen for children
[Prepaid WITH YOU Cards]
※With you cards have not been available for sale since May31 2014,
however if you still have With You cards, they can be used until March31 2015.
From April1 2015 , refunds will be available for With You cards which you still have.
(The period of refunds is from 1st April 2015 through 31st March 2020.)
[One-Day Cards for subway only]
The one-day card for subway only is valid for unlimited subway use for one day in Sapporo.
The price will be 830 Yen Adults and 420 Yen for children.
The Doni-chika Kippu is valid for unlimited subway use for one day on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in Sapporo.
The price will be 520 Yen for Adults and 260 Yen for children.
※Both of them are available at the commuter ticket counters and Ticket-vending machines at any subway stations in Sapporo.
[Commuter passes (teiki)]
There are two types of commuter passes: one for those commuting to their workplace(a commuter pass) and one for students(a student commuter pass).
You can buy commuter passes for one-month period and the ones for three-month periods.
Also student commuter passes for one-month period and the ones for three-month periods are available.You can buy the commuter passes at the commuter ticket counters. In Sapporo, we have a magnetic commuter pass and an IC commuter pass called SAPICA.
Magnetic Commuter pass is valid for the public transportation system in Sapporo for business people. You can share one magnetic commuter pass with everyone, however, you can not share SAPICA.

*Senior citizen's pass which is the referential one for senior citizens
A person who is registered in the resident record of his/her municipality,
he/she can apply to have the Senior citizen's pass.
You can use 10000 yen per a Senior citizen's pass for transportation fee.
You are required to pay specific amount to apply to have the Senior citizen's pass. How much you are required to pay is according to how many passes you would like.
You can ride the subway, the bus and the streetcar with this pass, however JR trains are not available.
